Heirloom Projects

A six-session counselling and art therapy journey

What are Heirloom Projects?

Heirloom Projects are one-on-one counselling sessions where we work together through guided creative expression.

Over six sessions, you'll create a meaningful handmade piece, something tangible to hold your story, honour what you've been through, and carry forward.

The magic happens in the process: the conversations that emerge while your hands are busy, the insights that surface through creating, and the healing that unfolds when we give our emotions a physical form.

Who is this for?

Heirloom Projects are for people navigating:

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions (divorce, moving, career changes, empty nest)

  • Family legacies and inherited patterns

  • Birth Trauma

  • Identity exploration

  • Processing difficult emotions or experiences

You don't need any art experience. You just need to be curious about exploring your story in a different way.

Projects vary based on your story - woven pieces, memory boxes, quilts, clay work. We'll choose together in our first session. Sessions take place online and in a workshop, office or outdoor space suitable for the project.

Investment

$165 per session covered by extended health

OR

$600 for six sessions (without extended health coverage)

Sliding scale considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees may apply if a specialized space, materials or instruction are needed.
