Hi, I’m Sarah Peacock

I’m an art therapist who didn’t think I was creative.

When I discovered knitting and weaving I felt connected to my ancestors and comforted by the soft materials.

How I work

I work with people navigating loss and transition who want something more than talking about it.

You don't need to be artistic. We figure out what to make as we go.

Everyone comes with their own story that they carry. Together, we find a way to tell your story that helps to process the past, honour the present moment, and create hope for the future.

My qualifications

I have my MA in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and am a registered counsellor (RCT-C) with the NSCCT. I also hold a post-graduate diploma in Art Therapy and am a Registered Art Therapist with CATA. I have 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families using counselling and the creative arts.

If you're curious whether this might fit, I offer a free 15-minute call.
